Live now

Your event should feel owned,
not borrowed.

Unlisted YouTube and Zoom get the job done — but to your client, the event looks like it's running on someone else's platform. VdoPage wraps your stream in a private, branded page they'll recognise as yours. Live in two minutes.

Unlisted YouTube and Zoom make your event look like someone else's

They're not just unbranded — they make a premium event feel second-hand. The fix isn't more hosting. It's a page your client instantly reads as professional.

"We sent the client a YouTube link. They clicked it and got competitor ads in the sidebar."
Videographer, Sydney
"Zoom looks like a sales call. We needed something that matched our brand for the investor briefing."
Events company, London
"Vimeo was $84 a month. We were streaming once a quarter. The pricing made no sense at all."
Consultant, Melbourne
"The client asked how many people watched. We had no idea — YouTube doesn't report on private streams."
Production agency, Toronto

Live in two minutes,
not two hours

1

Create a page

Name it, upload your logo, set header and page colour, choose a URL slug.

2

Paste your stream URL

Any m3u8 or hosted mp4. You own the streaming infrastructure — VdoPage wraps it.

3

Configure access

Set a password, schedule a start time with countdown, or publish immediately.

4

Share one owned link

Clients land on your branded page — clearly your production, not someone else's platform.

Features

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

Everything that turns "just another link" into an experience clients remember.

01

Full white-label viewer

Your logo, your header colour, your page colour. Viewers see zero trace of VdoPage. It looks like you built it.

02

Password protection

Gate any page behind a clean, branded entry screen. Share the password separately — the stream URL stays private.

03

Countdown with scheduled start

Set a start time and timezone. Viewers see a live countdown, then the video unlocks automatically. No manual step.

04

Bring your own stream

OBS, YouTube Live, Mux, Restream — paste any m3u8. You own the stream, VdoPage owns the page.

05

Viewer analytics

Page views, watch views, unique viewers, peak concurrent, watch-time distribution, country breakdown, and full session log with CSV export.

06

Unlimited pages

One subscription, no per-page fees. Run as many events, clients, and streams as you need.

No more "why isn't it working" messages

A branded countdown instead of a black screen. Unlocks automatically, in every viewer's local timezone.

  • Full timezone selector — set in yours, viewers see theirs
  • Countdown shows days, hours, and minutes
  • Start time editable after the page is created
  • Video unlocks automatically at the scheduled time
  • Combine with password protection for full access control

Proof your clients will actually ask for

"How many people watched?" Answer it instantly — with data you can screenshot and send.

  • Page views vs confirmed watch views — tracked separately
  • Peak concurrent viewers with exact timestamp
  • Average watch time as percentage of stream duration
  • Country breakdown — page views and watch views
  • Per-session log: joined, left, duration, watch %
  • Export full session data as CSV
  • Live mode — updates every 30 seconds during broadcast

If you stream privately,
this is for you

If your client is paying, the experience should look like it. Picture what they'll see — your brand, not a platform's.

Videographers

Stream weddings, funerals, and private events to remote family. One branded link — not a YouTube URL.

Event companies

Corporate events, product launches, investor briefings. Deliver under your brand, not Zoom's.

Agencies

Client previews, internal all-hands, confidential presentations. Password-protect by default.

Consultants

Paid webinars and workshops. Gate access, track who attended, export the attendance report.

Production studios

Preview cuts with clients in a clean, branded environment — not a Dropbox or Drive link.

Simple. No surprises.

Not cheap hosting — a cheap professionalism upgrade. One plan: unlimited pages, unlimited streams, full analytics.

Questions

Do I need to host my own stream? +
Yes — VdoPage is a delivery and presentation layer, not a streaming server. You stream from OBS to YouTube Live, Mux, Restream, or any RTMP destination that gives you an m3u8 URL. VdoPage wraps that stream in a branded, password-protected page.
What video formats are supported? +
VdoPage supports m3u8 (HLS) streams and hosted mp4 URLs. Most streaming platforms output an m3u8 playback URL — including YouTube Live, Mux, and Cloudflare Stream.
Can viewers see any VdoPage branding? +
No. The viewer page shows your logo, your header colour, and your page name. There is no VdoPage logo or watermark visible to the audience.
How does the countdown work? +
Enable the countdown when creating or editing a page, then set a start date, time, and timezone. Viewers who arrive early see a branded countdown. The video unlocks automatically at the scheduled time — no action required from you. You can update the start time after the page is live.
Can I use both a countdown and a password? +
Yes. Viewers enter the password first, then see the countdown if the stream has not started yet. Both features can be active on the same page simultaneously.
How does analytics tracking work? +
Analytics are tracked at the page level. When someone loads the page, when the video plays, and heartbeat pings every 30 seconds while active. This gives accurate unique viewer counts, concurrent viewers, and watch-time percentages without needing access to the underlying stream infrastructure.
Is there a free trial? +
You can create and preview pages without a subscription. Publishing a page publicly requires a subscription. At $4.99/month you can subscribe for one month, run your event, and cancel if you don't need it ongoing.

Upgrade the client experience, not your workload.

Turn generic links into event pages clients remember.
